Announcement: The 3th Meshkat International Holy Qur'an Competition
In order to spread the teachings of the Holy Qur'an and strengthen the unity of the Islamic Ummah, as well as, to honor the selected Qur'anic reciters and memorizers of Islamic world, the cultural and Quranic institute(Meshkat) in cooperation with the Imam Reza shrine, with the blessings of Allah, is proud to hold the of 3th Meshkat International Holy Qur'an Competition (2023 AD/1445 AH)
General Qualifications:
1) Being technically qualified in the desired field (preferably the winners of domestic and formal competitions (of the guest country)
2) Holding citizenship/nationality of the guest country (holding the passport of the guest country is mandatory)
3) Every participant under 40 years old can participate in the competition
4) Use formal clothes suitable for the Holy Qur'an in all the stages of the competition, both in-person and hybrid.
Note: The competitions is only for men
Remarks:
The required documents including: 1- A 5-minute video file of talāwat (for taqlid ) 2- A copy of the 1st page of passport (with at least 1-year validity), 3- a high-resolution scanned photo taken recently, should be attached to the application form by uploading on the MQMeshkat.com site or by email to info@MQMeshkat.com or by telegram number 0989924643243
The deadline for registration is February 19, (applications after the deadline will not be considered)
1.The contestant must have a simulation from one of the qari whose recitation has been determined by the organization. and who will have a more accurate simulation and closer to the clip will be a winner of the competition
2.The duration of the video should not be more than 7 minutes
3.The contestant must introduce himself at the beginning of the video (full name, age, country). It is better to start that the tilawa with AUZUBILLAH and Bismillah and end it with sadaqallahul.
4. The judgment will be trough two rounds and the qualifiers will enter the final phase
5.The final phase will be held in virtual form
6.The voice of Qaree should be naturally without any sound effects
7.The video should record by a single camera and it has to be set in a horizontal direction with the close-up frame for appearing participant's face
8. The recitation clip must be without any edit whether in audio or image, if there was any stop, pause or edit in recitation clip it would not be judge
9. The received videos will be share on social media after the end of the competition, so pay attention to the countenance and the participant's background should be tidy and clean.

2 Taqleed Recitation:
The participants should choose one of the parts below and send their recitation with the full observance of the Tajweed, Waqf, Ibtida, Lahn, etc. according to the Judgment by-law of the I.R. Iran competition jury in a video file (maximum size: 50 Mb) through the designated contact information of the organizer.
